Lowest Price Guarantee:

We guarantee you get the lowest price based on our local competitors. If you find a lower price with identical items and quantity than email us the invoice and we will beat their price by $50 guaranteed!

Drop Off And Setup:

Our delivery charge is a fixed $80 locally within 25 miles of the Dallas area and anything further out will be charged addition fuel charges. Setup and takedown is also a fixed $100 for 50 units or less and $200 for anything over 50 units.

Insurance/Damage/Loss Responsibility:

You the customer are responsible for any damage of the item(s) that are rented from us. Items while in your care are your responsibility and you are responsible for any damage, theft or misuse of these items.

If you would like to purchase insurance it is an additional 10% of subtotal on invoice. This will protect you against any minor damages from use. It does not cover intentional misuse or destruction of property.

If there are any issues with any of our rental items please call      469-793-9078 and let us know so we can correct the issue as refunds will not be issued for items unless we are notified prior.

Cancellation Policy:

We accept cancellations only prior to 3 days of the event. Anything less than 3 days can only be rescheduled for a future date. We require 50% of total invoice to be put as a deposit upon booking of which $50 is non refundable. The other 50% is due the day of drop off for the event.

Waiver:

We at Jay R Event Rentals are not responsible for any damage or injury caused to the customers or any property. The customer
will use items properly and be solely responsible for any injury caused by misuse of our rentals.
